Sichuan Bonny Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., which has the only stateclass Enterprise Technology Center in Chinese excavator industry, is a technology-oriented enterprise in Sichuan, also the exclusive excavator manufacturer who is capable of producing the fully hydraulic excavators of 8t ~185t in China.
The company keeps leading in the industry with abundant comprehensive strength and high-quality technical R & D team. We have 270 professional technicians, including 140 engineering technicians, 5 experts that enjoy governmental subsidies of State Department, 4 provincial, municipal academic & technical leaders and 12 provincial & municipal excellent talents. The company developed and produced the first completely hydraulic excavator in the middle 1970’s and introduced the design & manufacturing technology and core technical equipments of Germany Liebherr large & middle size 60-90 ton hydraulic excavator firstly in the middle 1980’s. We have been the only modern large-scale industrial enterprise that can keep the international synchronous level in China. From the final 1970’s to the final 1990’s, the first completely hydraulic excavator, the biggest tonnage hydraulic excavator, the first electric hydraulic excavator, the first floating hydraulic excavator, the first river cleaning machine before the dam and the first bigger tonnage multi-tine grabbing excavator in China have both been developed in Sichuan Bonny Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. From the final 1990's to the early 2005, the company adjusted and improved, in all sides, the product structure according to market economy structure & demand, and produced the powerful mine hydraulic excavator, multi-purpose facility grabbing material machine and high-efficiency earth-stone square excavator with the exclusive feature (large-scale, specialization, individuation and humanity), such as the powerful mine hydraulic excavator of CE400-5, CE400-6, CE420-6, CE(D)460-5/6, CE(D)650-6, CE(D)750-7,CE(D)850-7 ,CE(D)1000-7, CE(D)1250-7, CE(D)1850-7, etc. that are designed for mine individual demand, earth-stone square full-hydraulic excavators of CE220-6, CE400-5, CE400-6, CE420-6, CE460-5/6, CE650-6, CE750-7, etc. that are designed for the flexible demand of the municipal engineering, road construction and hydroelectric, steel & material grabbing machines and hydraulic bucket of WZY(D)26-5/6, WZY42-5, WZY42-6, WZY(D)50-5, WZY(D)50-6, WZY(D)70-6 etc that are designed for transport center of the steel mill, the port, the wharf, the material site. The steel & material grabbing machine of Bonny has already taken up over 90% domestic market shares. The hydraulic alternate power variable displacement technology, the electric hydraulic technology, the technology of the working equipment's level moving, the casting and welding structure technology and the disassembled undercarriage technology are both exclusive technologies of Bonny Heavy Machinery.
